Throughout her career, she has earned recognition for her ability to connect with and communicate effectively to both clients and audiences, tailoring her approach with grace and versatility to meet the unique needs of every individual and organization

she works with.

In addition to her extensive professional background, 

Meg holds a BA in Business Communications, two senior‑level Human Resources certifications, and is a certified Maxwell Leadership speaker and executive trainer. She brings a genuine commitment to service into everything she does, believing strong leadership starts with showing up. Meg has been honored to serve in many influential leadership and board of director roles, supporting organizations and communities with intention and care.

When she’s not empowering leaders

 and organizations through MKG, Meg and her husband Mark support entrepreneurs nationwide by addressing their business security and technology needs through their IT company, VCS Technologies. While deeply fulfilled by her professional work, Meg’s greatest priority is spending time with her husband and their three sons, 

who are the  joy of their lives.
